Le Petit Chateau features many of the traditional French dishes which are becoming
increasingly difficult to find. Sweetbreads have all but vanished from most menus,
but here you will still find they are prepared to perfection, pan broiled dwelling
on a mound of rice with a mild bearnaise sauce. A classic Steak Diane, a filet
splayed in half crowned with mushrooms and capers and a fantastic bordelaise sauce
with just a hint of dijon is another classic prepared at Le Petit Chateau.
